Terms & Conditions: UK Waterski Racing Membership Membership Fee: By completing the membership registration process and submitting payment, you agree to pay the specified one-time membership fee to become a member of the UK Waterski Racing association. This fee is non-refundable. Membership Duration: Your membership will be valid for the current membership period of the 1st April 2024 to the 31st March 2025. Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any other individual or entity. Membership Benefits: As a member, you will have access to the benefits and privileges outlined by the UK Waterski Racing association. These benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the association. No Guarantee of Participation: Payment of the membership fee does not guarantee participation in any racing events or activities organised by the association. Non-Refundable Membership Fee: The membership fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to participate in any racing events during the current season or not. Cancellation Policy: Once the membership fee has been paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Membership Renewal: Memberships are valid for the specified membership period only from the 1st April 2024 to the 31st March 2025. To continue accessing membership benefits beyond the current period, you must renew your membership according to the association's renewal policies and procedures. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: As a member, you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the UK Waterski Racing association, including those related to safety, conduct, and eligibility for participation in racing events. Amendments: The UK Waterski Racing association reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the association's website or other official communication channels.
