About the event

Event Details:

  • Date: November 16th, 2024
  • Location: Delta Hotels by Marriott, Swindon
  • RSVP Information: RSVPs are now open. This helps us maintain accurate records and ensures open and transparent communication with everyone in our community. There is no limit on the number of attendees—we welcome everyone and hope to see you there!

The meeting agenda, which will outline the key topics and decisions to be discussed, will be sent via email to all confirmed attendees as the event approaches. This will allow everyone to prepare and contribute effectively to the discussions.

Please submit any items for "Any Other Business" (AOB) in writing by Friday, November 1st. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted or discussed on the day of the AGM.

While everyone is welcome to attend the AGM, voting rights are reserved for fully paid competitor members and active volunteers, such as officials, judges, race organisers, and committee members. If you wish to participate in the voting process, please ensure you have a fully paid competitor membership submitted in advance.

It’s important to note that this is no longer a forum, but a voting AGM where you will be expected to vote on a number of key items. Your participation in the voting process is highly valued, and we greatly appreciate your opinions and input as we shape the future of our organisation.

Please note that refreshments will be available for purchase just outside the meeting room. We recommend arriving a bit early to enjoy a drink or snack before we begin, as we expect a productive and engaging session.

Your presence and input are crucial as we come together to make decisions that will shape the future of our sport. We look forward to your active participation and the continued strengthening of our racing community.
