About the event
Overview: Welcome to the Neyland / Cleddau Waterski Race 2024! We are delighted to offer a dedicated camping area for your convenience, providing ample space with breathtaking views of the Cleddau Estuary. The camper park is located at Brunel Quay Car Park, just a short distance from Neyland Marina.
Booking and Payment:
- Cost: £50.00 for the entire weekend (Friday AM to Sunday), regardless of arrival time.
- Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.
- Booking Deadline: Ensure you book your camper space well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing. Last-minute bookings may not be accommodated.
Campers and Parking:
- Location: Brunel Quay Car Park, Neyland, Pembrokeshire.
- Arrival: Follow the directions provided below to reach the camper park smoothly.
Friday: Campers and boats may arrive starting at 9:00 AM. If you expect to arrive later than 10:00 PM, please notify the organiser in advance. Scrutineering is available on Friday evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you arrive on Friday, we kindly request that you complete scrutineering on the same day to help manage the workload on Saturday morning.
Rules and Regulations:
- Fire Safety: No fire pits or BBQs allowed in the camping area.
- Generators: No generators are permitted after 9:30 PM.
- Waste Management: All waste must be either taken home or disposed of in the bins provided. Please ensure the camper park is left clean and tidy.
- Tents: Strictly no tents are allowed in the camper park.
Directions:
- From M4: Head towards Cardiff. Once past Swansea, follow the A48 to Carmarthen, then take the A40 to Pembrokeshire.
- Crossing: After crossing the Cleddau Bridge, continue over the smaller bridge over the Marina.
- Neyland: At the roundabout, take the first exit into Neyland and follow the road down towards the Marina.
- Camper Park: The Brunel Quay Car Park is your destination.
Boats:
- Parking and Launch: Boats should be taken to the camper park. The launch crew will handle the movement of boats to the yacht club upon arrival.
Fuel Recommendations:
- Fuel Stop: For those needing fuel, we recommend stopping at Velero Garage (Ascona Crossways, SA73 1QZ) for Super Unleaded. The Tesco in Pembroke Dock does not offer this type of fuel.

All campers and visitors use the facilities at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the camper to ensure their property and vehicle are adequately insured. By booking a camper space, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
